TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRICE and SIZE
Our wedding magazines are designed to look like the magazines you are used to buying on your supermarket or newsagent shelves.
The Wedding Magazine is designed in A4 size. Prices start at £835 for 25 copies of a 40pp A4 (420mm x 297mm – when closed & without bleed) Magazine. Prices vary for other quantities and page amounts.
The front and back cover is laminated 350gsm silk, inner pages are 115gsm silk. The booklet is glue bound not stapled. Free postage and packing within the UK.
CREATIVE LICENCE and DESIGN, CONTENT
The graphic designer will have creative licence over the page designs. The customer will provide the photos and text.

All designs remain the property of The Wedding Magazine and may be used for marketing on the website, social media and / or used as samples platforms after the date of the customer’s wedding.
Customers who do not wish their product to be used for any marketing will pay an exclusivity fee for loss of marketing potential and must confirm this in writing (email).
Customers must gain permission for the use of all photographs (from the copyright holder) that are used in The Wedding Magazine. Please forward email confirmation. The copyright holder will be the photographer / person who took the image or yourselves (if copyright was transferred to you in writing).
DEPOSIT and CONTENT
The deposit for all wedding magazine orders is 25%. This is non refundable. Upon payment of a deposit we will send all the necessary information and liaise with you to obtain the content needed for the magazine. The remaining final payment, is due when the content is submitted. It is the customers responsibility to provide all content by the final content submission date as detailed on the invoice and agreement.
NUMBER OF PAGES
Once a deposit is paid we will send you a content guide to decide on the number of pages and content you require to create your perfect magazine. Magazines range from 40 – 120 pages.
SUBMISSION OF CONTENT
Customers will be required to provide content by a designated date. There may be a charge of £250 if the final content date is missed, as this may impact on our workload and deadlines with other customers. Late content may also require out of hours work, to work to deadlines. Late content may delay the deadline of your completed and delivered magazine, you will be informed of this in writing if this applies.
Your personal data is not passed onto or sold to third parties. Your personal data (name and address) will only be passed onto a third party (delivery company) for delivery purposes.
It is the customers responsibility to carefully check spelling and content of the completed Wedding Magazine design. The designer will maintain all creative rights over the design of the magazine. Customers will sign the following disclaimer before the order is sent to print:
“I have carefully checked spelling, content and layout of the magazine. I understand that this is my responsibility. My magazine will be printed exactly as it appears in the final draft approved by me. I understand that I cannot make any changes once my order has been placed. If the order needs to be reprinted due to mistakes approved my me, I will be charged additional costs for reprints.” The disclaimer should be signed by the person who has made the order. Once an order is made all email contact will be through the same email address to ensure this.
